ZERO CONTACT PRESCRIPTIONS
You can now fill prescriptions without needing to come into the store!
There are multiple options for you to avoid unnecessary contact.
1. We have delivery drivers able to deliver your medication free of charge whilst minimising contact.
If you have a prescription you can email a photo of it to us and we can deliver it and exchange for the prescription.
2. If you require a script from the doctor you can have them fax or email it to us and we will deliver it to you.
3. You can take a photo of your prescription, email it to [email protected] and let us know when you want to pick it up. We can then call or message you when it’s ready and bring it to your car.
We are also encouraging people to leave their prescription on file.
We have a free App called Medadvisor that allows you to leave your prescription on file and connects you to our pharmacy and allows you to see and what scripts are due.
Payments can be made via tap and go eftpos or over the phone to reduce contact (We still accept cash)

WEEKLY MEDICATION PACKING
A medicine pack (also known as a webster pack, dose administration aid, or blister pack) contains multiple sealed compartments to house your medicines to make it easier for you to manage your medicines. They help you to know which medicines to take when, the compartments are split between each day of the week and Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Bedtime; you don’t have to remember if you have taken your medicine or not, as you can just check the pack to see where you are up to.
Webster packs are designed to help people who are on multiple medicines, or who find it confusing to know which medicine to take when. They reduce the chance of you taking your medicines incorrectly or forgetting to take them at all.
This service is provided for the low price of $2 per week for medication dispensed from Crawford's however medications from other pharmacies will attract a $5 service fee per pack.
